Dallas, TX – October 23, 2009 - RE/MAX DFW Associates Broker/Owner Mark Wolfe has announced that the Hulkowich Group, consisting of the top producing Wendy and Gary Hulkowich, are moving their business to his office. Over the last three years, the team has sought to retool their business and realign with a franchise company whose business model supports their vision of “client first”.

“We didn’t want the focus of our business to be on how many other agents we could recruit for the office,” says Gary. “Our main goal has always been to serve our clients to the best of our ability, and to have the flexibility and support to provide that kind of service. Having been courted by Mark Wolfe for the last few years, the team chose to join his office because of his personal integrity and the competency of his staff. “All the staff and managers at RE/MAX DFW Associates are driven toward helping the agents help their clients,” says Wendy. “They do whatever they can to facilitate their business.”

Since their start in real estate in 2003, both Wendy and Gary have been adamant followers of industry trainer Brian Buffini, and have adopted his ‘Business by Referral’ model. Today, their team operates by 100% referral and produced $26 million in transactions last year, with specialties in all types of residential sales and leasing. The team also handles commercial, multifamily, office, industrial and retail transactions. But the team is looking forward to expanding in their new office. Currently a team of six, The Hulkowich Group is aiming to be a team of ten within the next two to three years. “Another reason we wanted to join Mark’s office was because of his emphasis on growth,” Gary continues. “We feel with the support of RE/MAX and a Broker like Mark, we can double our business over the next two years.”
